We use your data to respond to your requests, coordinate and prepare your demo, manage the business relationship, improve our services, and meet legal obligations. We do not make automated decisions with legal effects on you.
Legal basis
We process your data based on your consent (given when you submit the form), the performance of pre-contractual steps you request, and our legitimate interest in serving and improving the service. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
Who we share it with
To provide the service we rely on technology providers acting as data processors, including infrastructure and hosting platforms, AI processing (Groq), semantic search (Pinecone), and Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. These providers process data solely on our instructions. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Data retention
We keep your data for as long as needed for the purposes described and while our relationship lasts. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, and objection to the processing of your data, as well as request its portability, at any time by writing to contacto@flowdeskhub.com. We will handle your request within the timeframes set by applicable law, including Chile's Law No. 19,628 on the protection of private life.
Security
We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including role-based access control, credential encryption, and per-customer data isolation. No system is completely infallible, but we work continuously to reduce risks.
