Purpose and acceptance
These Terms govern access to and use of the site flowdeskhub.com and the FlowDesk platform. By using the site or subscribing to the service you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service.
Service description
FlowDesk is a SaaS platform for AI-powered customer support on WhatsApp, which answers messages with a bot trained on each company's information and escalates to human agents when needed. Features may evolve over time.
Registration and accounts
To use the platform you must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account and must notify us of any unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
You agree to use FlowDesk in accordance with the law, these Terms, and Meta and WhatsApp policies. Sending spam, unlawful, misleading, or rights-infringing content is prohibited, as is any use that harms the security or operation of the service.
Plans, pricing, and payments
Current plans and prices are shown on the site, expressed in Chilean pesos (CLP) plus VAT. The per-conversation cost charged by Meta is billed based on usage and does not include FlowDesk markups. We may update prices with reasonable prior notice; changes do not affect periods already paid.
Intellectual property
The platform, its software, brand, and content are owned by FlowDesk or its licensors. The data and content you upload remain yours; you grant us a limited license to process them for the sole purpose of providing the service.
Service availability
We work to offer a stable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may carry out maintenance or updates. Specific service levels (SLA) apply only if agreed in writing in the corresponding plan.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowDesk shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or interruptions beyond our control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liabilities that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law and contact
